Restrictions Bildungscampus Ost

Due to the campus upgrade in the area of energy supply, there are restrictions.

The east parking lot will be closed from mid-November until April 2026.
As an alternative, students with a CampusCard can park in the experimenta parking garage at a discount. The east parking garage is not affected by the work and can be used without restriction.
Restrictions on footpaths:
Scaffolding is being erected on the buildings to install the photovoltaic systems on BC 1-5, which is why there may be restrictions on the footpaths.

Do you have questions about your event at the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn? Whether it be about technology, catering, seating, or parking, you will find answers to frequently asked questions here.

Equipment

Is there a set seating arrangement in the event rooms?

Our event rooms offer you maximum flexibility. No matter whether it is seating in rows, parliamentary style or banquet style, we will accommodate your wishes. Our own furniture for basic seating in included in the rental fee. Upon request, we can provide you with custom seating plans so that you can get a prime notion of the arrangement.

Are there any backstage rooms?

A backstage area is available behind the stage in the AULA. There are also five lockable artists’ dressing rooms with shower and sanitary facilities. These options are unfortunately not available in the FORUM nor in the conferencing area.

Can the outside area be used for events too?

Yes, that is possible subject to arrangement.

Do the rooms have daylight and can they be darkened?

All of the event rooms have daylight and may be (partially) darkened.

Technology

Is there fixed-installation technical equipment in the event rooms?

Our AULA and the FORUM have a fixed-installation stage, modern lighting and sound equipment as well as a display and projector. The conference rooms have fixed-installation conference technology, including sound equipment as well as a 98-inch display. An additional projector and screen are installed in the double rooms. This ensures comprehensive technical equipment for the majority of events. You can book additional technical equipment through us if required.

Can hybrid events be held in the areas?

You may also conduct hybrid events in our premises if you wish. Our expert staff with extensive know-how can provide you with competent, technical support.

General

May I rent the event areas for private events (weddings, birthdays) too?

The event spaces at the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn are available exclusively to event organizers and corporate clients.

Are there additional costs for heating and power?

Our room rental fees already include all costs incurred for normal power supply and heating costs. Additional costs are only incurred if high-voltage equipment is provided or power lines need to be laid by our technicians.

What are the delivery options?

Deliveries to the AULA need to be made via the Gaswerkstraße. The corresponding delivery gate is at the rear of the AULA building at the end of the Gaswerkstraße. Address for navigation: Gaswerkstraße 50, 74076 Heilbronn.
Deliveries to the FORUM need to be made via the Mannheimer Straße. Bear right after the Mannheimer Straße/Schaeuffelenstraße crossing. The next access route to the FORUM delivery area is on the right-hand side just before the railroad bridge.

Is there a set conference flat rate for events?

In the AULA and in the FORUM we offer 10-hour and 24-hour rental rates. In the conferencing area you can select from 5-hour, 10-hour and 24-hour rates. Additional costs are charged for staff, equipment, and furniture over and beyond basic seating.

What are the branding options?

Feel free to ask us for details on all branding options in our locations and on the premises.

Do I have to take out organizer’s liability insurance for my event?

Yes, every organizer must take out organizer’s liability insurance covering the organization of events and the associated risks.
