Conferencing Area

Modular. Modern. In the Center of Heilbronn.

Our conferencing area is located on the top floor of the AULA, and offers a flexible room concept for professional meetings, congresses, workshops and talks. With six conference rooms and two innovative creative rooms, the conferencing area on the Heilbronn Bildungscampus offers tailor-made solutions for events for up to 400 people in a high-end, quiet working environment.

    Conference room (double room) with row seating: This seating arrangement can accommodate up to 160 people in a double room.

Conference Rooms

There are six bright, modern rooms available in the conferencing area complete with generous 98-inch presentation monitors, speaker’s lectern and manifold connection points. Thanks to mobile dividing walls, individual rooms may be flexibly combined, making them ideal for smaller meetings or larger conferencing formats. Choose from different seating arrangements, such as in rows, in U-shape or blocks. This can be supplemented by state-of-the-art equipment for presentations and facilitators. An optional refreshment area with coffee and cold drinks rounds off the offer.

Creative Rooms

The conferencing area comprises two bright, creative rooms with modern equipment. These are ideal for innovative and interactive work formats. Generous 75-inch presentation monitors, writable walls and simple connection points are conducive to creative work.

  • High-performance Wi-Fi is available in the whole conferencing area.
  • There is a speaker’s lectern with (HDMI/VGA/ClickShare) connection points for (Win/iOS) laptops or tablet computers in each room.
  • A 75-inch display is included in the rental fee for our creative rooms, a 98-inch display is included in the conference rooms, and a projector with screen is included in the double rooms.
  • Loudspeaker systems are used for sound in the conference rooms and microphones may be booked as an option. In the creative rooms, the monitors are used for sound.
  • The additional media technology comprising ceiling microphones and cameras provides a professional environment for hybrid formats.
  • Facilitator’s toolbox, flip-charts, Metaplan boards as well as other furnishings may booked as an option.
  • Sub-floor boxes in all rooms ensure a flexible power supply.
  • Rooms may be darkened effortlessly by means of blinds.
  • The reception welcomes you and your guests and takes care of you throughout the whole event.
  • In the conferencing area, our exclusive caterer, Voltino, offers you a large selection of food and drinks. Use of the catering area is included in the price.
  • Would you like to pay the parking fees for your participants? We shall be pleased to provide you with a parking ticket validator so that your guests can conveniently use the nearby parking garage.
