The FORUM at the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn impresses with its modern design, clear architecture and variable usage options. Whether for lectures, exhibitions, workshops or festive corporate events, the rooms offer space for up to 400 guests and can be adapted individually to different event formats. It is the ideal solution for events with professional demands in a pleasant atmosphere.

    The Stage: The stage can be extended by a forestage that is 8m wide, 2m deep, and 80cm high.

    Parliamentary Seating: Other seating arrangements are available upon request and included in the rental price.

Hall and Stage

The well-lit hall of the FORUM impresses with its parquet flooring and large windows. Varied seating arrangements allow for events with up to 400 people. The stage can be extended by means of an 8 × 2 meter forestage. Qualified technicians take care of the modern event technology on site to ensure optimum acoustics and lighting effects.

Foyer

Upon request, the room can be subdivided into two areas by means of a soundproof wooden wall. This creates a separate foyer area which is ideal for reception, catering or exhibitors. Both areas may be furnished flexibly – the basic furnishings are included in the rental fee.

  • An analog speaker’s lectern is available upon request.
  • Stage lighting may be adapted according to your stage program.
  • Power supply from sub-floor boxes available.
  • An 8 x 2 m forestage is available for use.
  • You are not exclusively bound to any particular catering company in the FORUM. You are at liberty to choose your own catering partner. We shall be happy to help you find a suitable service provider.
  • Some of the outdoor areas of the FORUM may be used by arrangement.
  • Caterers and service providers may deliver their goods to the delivery address. Please note that vehicles are not allowed to park in the delivery area after unloading.
