The AULA at the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn stands for impressive events of the highest standard. Whether a scientific congress, festive reception or concert, this is where modern architecture, sophisticated furnishings and exceptional acoustics come together. The well-lit hall with stage offers space for up to 550 guests and is complemented by a spacious foyer, a backstage area and state-of-the-art technology.
Banquet Seating: The hall with set banquet tables, perfect for dinner events or anniversaries.
Tiered Hall seating: The rising seats also provide unobstructed views for guests in the back areas.
Empty Hall: Here you will find plenty of space for your trade fair or exhibition. Up to 900 people can be present here at the same time.
Tiered Forestage: The forestage can be extended and retracted in stages, or you can choose a larger stage area. The display walls on the left and right can also be moved to different positions.
View from the stage into the hall: The backstage area is at stage level - so even large musical instruments such as pianos or furniture can be moved in and out quickly and easily.
Row seating: Up to 550 guests can be seated here.
Partition: The hall is divisible by an acoustically transparent metal curtain. Ideal for smaller numbers of people.
The AULA offers seating for 550 and is ideal for conferences, shows or festive occasions. Light-colored wood on the floors, ceilings and walls lends the room a warm, inviting atmosphere. The stage comprises a forestage which can be moved incrementally; and the mobile podiums at the rear can be lowered flush into the floor. Modern display walls as well as high-end lighting, sound and video equipment meet the highest expectations. Windows with shades, an acoustically transparent dividing curtain and a mobile auditorium offer additional flexibility for various event formats.
The 378 m², foyer suffused with light is included in the rental fee of the AULA and is perfectly suited for reception of your guests, as a catering zone or for exhibitions and networking formats. Large-screen monitors are available for individual content. An adjacent catering kitchen with refrigerators, work surfaces as well as water and power connections is available if needed and ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background.
Foyer: Standing tables with and without covers, as well as buffet elements or other furniture, can be rented. The monitors are freely usable.

The visitors’ cloakroom in the basement offers generous space for jackets, bags and luggage. You may arrange your own cloakroom staff or we can book it for you upon request. Artists benefit from three individual and two shared dressing rooms including sanitary facilities and monitors with stage feed. An elevator provides for barrier-free access to the stage. The backstage area is accessible at ground level and also suitable for large instruments or furniture.
