AULA - The Big Entrance

The AULA provides a representative ambiance for Christmas parties, anniversaries or New Year’s receptions. The combination of generous hall, elegant wood finishes and state-of-the-art event technology creates the perfect backdrop for stylish corporate events.

FORUM - The Flexible All-Rounder

The FORUM provides an ideal solution for medium-sized events such as corporate celebrations, lectures and presentations. Thanks to flexible dividing walls and modern equipment, it is particularly versatile.

  • Festive seating arrangements incl. furnishings and floral decorations
    The AULA and the FORUM offer versatile seating possibilities; these range from classy banquet tables to easygoing bistro table options up to elegant reception setups. Appropriate furniture such as bistro tables, buffet elements, and floral arrangements may be booked upon request.
  • Free selection of caterer or support by experienced partners
    In the AULA and in the FORUM, organizers are free to select their own catering partner. Upon request, our event team will help you to choose experienced regional partners. A fixed-installation pantry kitchen with power and water connections ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Stylish lighting effects & individual presentation options
    The dimmable lighting in the hall, controllable stage lights and display walls suitable for individual content allow for illumination to match the atmosphere – from festive and warm to elaborate and modern. Logos, annual revues or personal greetings may be integrated into the setup too.
  • Barrier-free access & central location
    All event areas are accessible to people with disabilities. Parking is available directly on campus. EV charging stations and good connections to the city center round out the offer.
  • Separate cloakroom and reception areas
    For large groups, there is a visitors’ cloakroom in the basement of the AULA with ample storage room.      Cloakroom staff may be booked via the event team, or you may arrange this yourself. Additionally, artists' dressing rooms with sanitary facilities can be rented if required; this is ideal if a musical or artistic program is planned. Reception areas in the Foyer offer room for Champagne receptions or welcome zones.
  • Exclusive atmosphere in a high-end setting
    The clear architecture, warm materials and modern ambiance of the locations give a professional and yet festive feel to every event, even without complex alterations.
