Thanks to its location, architecture and facilities, the AULA at the Bildungscampus of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation enriches the City of Heilbronn through its very special event location. This representative, low-barrier construction is available for a wide portfolio of events. Whether it is a sensational show event or an academic congress: Technically and spatially, the ground floor event center fulfils the highest expectations for any sort of event.

Tiered hall podiums: The tiered seating also offers guests in the back rows uninhibited visibility.

Empty hall: You will find a lot of room for your trade fair or exhibition here. When standing, there is room for up to 900 people here at the same time.

Tiered forestage: The forestage can be moved in and out in steps, or you can select an extended stage area. The display walls on the left and right can also be moved into different positions.

View from the Stage into the Hall: The backstage area is at stage level – as such, large musical instruments such as pianos or furniture can be rolled in quickly and easily.

Seating in Rows: Seating for up to 550 persons.

Banquet Seating: The hall with decorated banqueting tables, perfect for dinner events or jubilees.

Dividing Wall: The hall can be divided into two parts by an acoustically-transparent metal curtain. Ideal for smaller numbers of people.
Hall and Stage
The hall of the AULA is the heart of the Bildungscampus in Heilbronn. There are seating space available for up to 550 guests in different event formats.
Light-colored wood on the floors, ceilings and walls emanates warmth and similarly leaves room for your design ideas. The podiums at the back of the hall are movable and can be lowered into the floor, flush with the ground level. Lighting, sound and video technology are high-end and satisfy the highest expectations.
Cloakrooms
The visitors’ cloakroom in the basement of the AULA is superbly-suited for large events. Depending on requirements, your own cloakroom staff may be brought along or may be booked through us.
Three individual and two collective cloakrooms offer your artists the best possible preparation for their show. Sanitary facilities including showers are available in the artists’ cloakrooms. The artists can follow the stage show live on screens which are mounted in each cloakroom. An elevator connects the artists’ cloakroom level to the backstage area and the stage.
- High-performance Wi-Fi is available in the whole building.
- There are connection points for video sources, (e.g. laptops), and output devices, such as monitors.
- Several monitors in the foyer may be used to play your individual contents.
- Display walls, projection screens and projectors are available in the hall.
- Sophisticated microphone equipment (handheld transmitters, instrument microphone as well as headsets) can be rented.
- The control room which is located above the hall looking onto the stage is manned by an event engineer at all times.
- Live video broadcasting and recording of the show are possible.
- PA loudspeaker systems for balanced sound
- The hall may be darkened completely and the light may be dimmed.
- The hall can be divided into two parts by an acoustically-transparent metal curtain.
- 4 chain hoists (ea. 500Kg), 30m black 4-point trussing and 14 suspension points are available.
- High voltage power points are available on the stage.
- The stage background may be illuminated in the color of your choice.
- There are cabins for interpreters and simultaneous translation systems.
We are not exclusively bound to any particular catering company in the AULA. You are at complete liberty to select your own catering partner. We shall be very happy to help you find the right service partner. A pantry kitchen with refrigerators and sufficient work surfaces as well as water and electricity for kitchen equipment are available and may be hired as required.
Caterers and service providers may deliver their goods to the delivery address. Please note that vehicles are not allowed to park in the delivery area after unloading.
