The state-of-the-art and low-barrier conference area comprising six conference rooms and two innovative creative rooms is located on the top floor of the AULA at the Bildungscampus. Mobile dividing walls, flexible furniture and versatile presentation elements offer individual scope for meetings, networking and trendsetting workshop formats. A roundtable made up of six people or a congress with 160 persons or more − your requirements define the setup.

- High-performance Wi-Fi is available in the whole conference area.
- There is a speaker’s podium with (HDMI/VGA/Wireless) connection points for laptops or tablet computers (WIN/iOS) plus a 98” presentation monitor in each room.
- PA loudspeaker systems are used for sound in the conference rooms. Optional microphone systems may be booked too. Additional set up by technical staff is not necessary.
- The advanced media technology offers a professional environment for any hybrid format through high-quality components. Ceiling microphones and cameras are integrated via a driver-free solution.
- In the creative rooms, the sound is provided by the screens.
- The monitors are used for sound in the creative rooms. There are facilitator’s toolboxes, flipcharts and metaplan boards in all conference rooms for creating attractive presentations. Additional furniture may be provided upon request.
- Sub-floor boxes in all rooms ensure a flexible power supply. Rooms may be darkened effortlessly by means of blinds.
- Conference room equipment also includes ceiling microphones and PTZ cameras. By booking the media technology extension, your conference can be converted into a hybrid event.
- With our click-share system, you can share your presentation on the screen at the push of a button.
- The reception welcomes you and your guests and takes care of you throughout the whole event.
- In the conference area, our exclusive caterer, Voltino, offers you a large selection of food and drinks. The catering area is included in the price.
- Would you like to pay the parking fees for your participants? We shall be pleased to provide you with a parking ticket endorser for this. As such, your guest may very conveniently use the nearby Parkhaus.
