The atmosphere of the FORUM is characterized by a glass facade suffused with light, exposed concrete and parquet flooring. It is the ideal addition to the event locations at the Bildungscampus Ost. The combination of areas and equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Our FORUM has already been home to a great many successful event formats.

The FORUM: Located on the Bildungscapus OST, these meeting places are located in their own freestanding building.

Seating in Rows: This type of seating can accommodate up to 260 people with the dividing wall; and without the dividing wall, up to 400.

The Stage: The stage can be extended by means of a forestage measuring 8m width, 2m depth and 80cm in height.

Foyer: If a foyer is desired, an acoustically impenetrable wooden dividing wall can be installed in the hall. Two separate rooms are thus created.

Parliamentary-Style Seating: Other types of seating are available upon request and are included in the rental fee.
The FORUM is another event location on the Bildungscampus Ost in Heilbronn. There is seating available for up to 400 persons here. If you require a foyer for catering or exhibitors, the FORUM may be divided. By means of a sophisticated dividing wall, two separate rooms emerge which are also acoustically-independent of each other.
- High-performance Wi-Fi is available in the whole building.
- Connection points for video sources, (e.g. laptops), projector screens and projectors.
- Sophisticated microphone equipment (handheld transmitters as well as headsets).
- Technical support is provided by qualified specialists.
- PA loudspeaker systems provides balanced sound.
- A analog speaker’s podium is available upon request.
- Stage lighting is adapted according to your stage program.
- Electrical power points is possible via sub-floor boxes.
- A forestage measuring 8x2m may be used.
We are not exclusively bound to any particular catering company in the FORUM. You are at complete liberty to select your own catering partner. We shall be very happy to help you find the right service partner. Some of the outdoor areas of the FORUM may be used by arrangement.
Caterers and service providers may deliver their goods to the delivery address. Please note that vehicles are not allowed to park in the delivery area after unloading.
