The state-of-the-art conferencing area is located on the top floor of the AULA: It is ideal for congresses, meetings or creative formats and features professional presentation technology and flexible room arrangements.

Your Business Events in Good Hands

Professional event spaces with state-of-the-art acoustics
No matter whether AULA, FORUM or conferencing area, all rooms are cleverly designed and offer pleasant acoustics for presentations, discussions and hybrid formats. In the AULA, an optional mobile auditorium also ensures optimum sound quality for musical or particularly sensitive parts of the program.
Modern conferencing equipment including video transmission and live stream
All rooms comprise high-performance media technology including large-format presentation monitors (up to 98-inch), projector, display walls, speaker’s lectern and ClickShare systems. Video live transmissions and recordings are possible in all locations; simultaneous interpreting systems and interpreting booths facilitate international events.
Central location in Heilbronn, accessible & conveniently located
The Bildungscampus is just a few minutes' walk from Heilbronn city center. The event venues are fully accessible to people with disabilities and there are parking garages right by the campus. EV charging stations, a clearly signposted reception area as well as free Wi-Fi are available to visitors.
High-end catering and staff bookable upon request
Organizers are at the liberty to select their own catering, with the exception of the conferencing area: Voltino is the exclusive caterer for this area. Separate catering areas, pantry kitchens with power and water connections as well as generous foyer areas facilitate the process. Service staff may be booked via the event team, or you may arrange your own.
Flexible room concepts & individual support
Mobile dividing walls, mobile podiums, acoustic partitions and modular furnishing make it possible to use the spaces flexibly – ranging from focused workshops to large-scale congresses. A personal contact partner will support you during the whole planning and execution phase.
Sustainable and modern infrastructure
The event locations are part of a future-oriented campus operation focusing on organizing sustainable events. The Bildungscampus is a member of the "right and fair" initiative and operates according to five defined sustainability areas, ranging from energy to catering up to mobility.
